Terms and Conditions

By signing the application, each of the above-listed business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, “you”) certifies that all information and documents submitted in connection with this application are true, correct and complete. You authorize Perlman Syndications DBA Black Tie Funding (BTF) and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees, including third-party lenders and funding sources, (“Recipients”) that may be involved in the application for, or origination or acquisition of, commercial loans, financings, or fundings, including those having daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables including Merchant Cash Advance transactions (collectively, “Transactions”) to obtain consumer or personal and business reports (including through hard or soft credit inquiries) and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors and other third parties. You also authorize BTF to transmit this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all of the Recipients for the purpose of evaluating, arranging, and obtaining Transactions for you. You also consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to any of you, to BTF, and to each of the Recipients. You consent to receive e-mail, text messages, facsimiles, and telephone calls from BTF, its employees, and agents at the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers you have provided, including wireless numbers (if applicable). You consent to receive these communications regardless of whether your telephone numbers appear on state or federal Do Not Call lists, using an automated telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice with respect to this application and any resulting or future related commercial-financing opportunities. This consent may be revoked at any time. Standard cellular rates will apply.
